When the owner came to give me an estimate, he was charming and indicated he came to his jobs. He showed up once during my house painting--and then only after I repeatedly called him. His foreman was rude, rough, and a poor painter. Three of the four additional painters appeared to know little about painting; one was highly skilled and thoughtful. Their equipment for trim work was a joke and, when I pointed out problems, the foreman just kept telling me they were in a hurry. Most of the painters did not speak English. This became a problem when one of them started washing his paintbrushes in the middle of my organic garden and couldn't understand me telling him to stop. (The foreman didn't see it as a problem!) They were disrespectful of my neighbor's property. There isn't enough space in this box for me to detail the poor job and my frustration with the poorly trained workers and the sarcastic and rude owner. The star rating needs to be revised on this site so that ""no stars"" becomes an option.
