Went in to buy bags for my upright vac, and realized when I got home, he sold me the most expensive bags he had [$37.53 for 8 bags!]. I returned them, and he wouldn't sell us the less expensive bags because they ""were only for business owners"",and was told my payment would be reimbursed in the form of a check - no idea when. Called the 1.800 number for Oreck and was told 4 to 6 weeks...whaaaa? I have the name of the District Mgr. and plan to call him Monday morning to lodge a formal complaint. I will NEVER darken the door of this Oreck store again, and though I've owned several Orecks over the past 12 years, I am thinking about a Dyson....NOTE: you can buy the Oreck bags on-line from a vast array of companies for a fraction of the cost. Don't let this creep rip you off.
