I've been a patient for several years. I love the staff and doctors. I never have a problem getting appointments. The doctors are very thorough, especially the pediatrician. They do a lot of community events in Peotone and its surrounding areas. I hate to see them get such a low score from one upset patient who obviously had a personal issue regarding medical records. I've never had a problem with the staff, especially the office manager. I had to laugh when I read the negative comment because the office manager has always been so sweet to my family. Overall, I love Riverside and plan to be their patient for a very long time.
