Golden living is a very nice place but the nursing assistants are being rushed because of the work load of 15-17 patients. I have spoke to 3 nursing assistants which name are to be hidden said " I like my job but we do not have the one on one care because of so many patients which a lot of the time patients want to talk or just visit but there are many other to get ready for the day or the evening", the situation has been adressed but nothing changes around here so we either quite of try to do the best for each patient".
