If you're looking to live in Ghetto quality housing and neighborhood, yet pay outrageous rent, this is the place for you! New management has let the buildings run down and rent to "friends" of the manager's. I pay almost $900 a month and live next to a Hud person who lives here for free. Enjoy the boomboxes, pot smoking and skateboarding at all hours. Fondly referred to by tenants as the "North Raleigh Ghetto". Can't wait until my lease is up!
