Everyone was polite and helpful from the first time I walked in to the shop. Steve is an amazing artist. He took the time to listen to me describe what I wanted and he showed genuine interest in my ideas. He designed an amazing tattoo for me and did a stellar job putting it on me. I could not be happier. A+++++
