Never wrote down my contact info and did not call me to discuss price or pickup after I dropped off keys. Would not wait 10 extra minutes past 5 o'clock for me to come get car, even though they screwed up and I explained to Candy the manager that I was on my way. They kept my car all night and forced me to find alternative transportation.\r

When asked for a discount, they refused. Never, ever ever go to Genesis Wash and Detail. The Owner, Jeff Bott, refused to call me back to discuss the issue as well.
