I've been shopping at Simply for years. Before the Saugus store opened I traveled to the North Hollywood store. The customer Service has always been great!!!! If I had issues with anything it was promptly taken care of. I have NO complaints about this store at all. With the economy the way it is they go out of there way to get you what you need with a price you can afford.
