I had a water heater and furnace installed by keating. After 4 years, the water heater has stopped working, the GE (Rheems) tech support dept say it was installed improperly.\r

Also I am told the furnace is illegally/improperly installed. So on top of being totally inefficient, its now a danger my family has to worry about.
