very rude female doctor in the ER. lab work was not tested in a timely fashion and never made it to the lab. my family members condition continued to detereorate until the were transferred to the MGH per the families request. many of the nurses barely spoke english and everything seemed to be in slow motion. there was one young doctor who seemed to be very thorough, but overall there is no comparing it to the MGH. Also eight hour wait in ER to get a bed in the hospital, even though when we got there, we saw countless empty rooms. Will never return unless I stub my toe, would rather drive 5 minutes over the bridge to one of the world renowned hospitals
Pros: nurses were nice, even if english wasn't thier first language for most
Cons: not enough personal attention from the few doctors
