It's been a couple of years since I last used them. During that time, acquired several severe stains on carpets in various rooms. Using general purpose cleaners didn't remove the stains. Told the Carpet Dryclean team to do the best they can since I didn't expect the stains to fully go away. After 30 minutes of work, Carpet Dryclean had the carpets looking brand new. All the tough stains were completely gone. \r
