It's kind of a hole in the wall place, but I was very happy with healing waters on my fist visit. The staff was very friendly, and I had great results from the colonic I received. However...I was a few minutes late on my next appointment due to traffic, and they made me pay for it. The receptionist was rude when I came in, and the technician who was doing the procedure was unfriendly through the entire session, and kept the water on so slow the entire time that nothing happened. Then at the end of the session, she had the nerve to tell me that she doesn't help certain clients of hers because they are late all the time. Unfortunately they had me pay for three sessions in advance and they don't give money back with cancellations. I would advise anyone who goes to these people to be very careful about being late... they will make you pay for it!!
