Here's a brief description of my experience this morning. The service was uninviting, and it was almost like they couldn't wait for me to order and then leave. The woman at the register gave my order (muffin and a mocha) in a to-go bag and cup respectively...didn't even ask if my order was ""for here or to-go."". I said thank you, and she just stared back at me with no reply. I took a sip of the mocha, and it was terrible. When I told her the mocha didn't taste right, she really didn't seem to care. She gave me attitude. So I asked for a coffee instead, and she went ahead and replaced my mocha with a coffee. Lastly, I had to ask for a refund for the difference ($2). They didn't offer. Note, I was at the Sorrelle next to the Cold Stone Creamery near the Charlestown bridge.\r

I was really dissappointed with this place. I don't understand the 4.5 stars above based on my experience this morning. Anyone want to start a coffee shop in Charlestown with me? These folks need some competition.
Pros: It's close to my house
Cons: I wish there was another coffee shop closer
