third review here that John Vargas takes the money to buy materials and does NOT complete the jobs\r
His home/office is at 119 Rei Tang Loop, Kyle Texas\r
The only way I could get a call or movement was to go visit his office at that address.\r
If you are considering JVs for a job, be very careful about giving him money--advance no more than 50% until the job is done.\r
And then consider finding another contractor......
Pros: not reliable, impossible to contact, does NOT do work in timely fashion
Cons: he is pleasant, just overwhelmed
