I like to comment on the review from Pengie82, who knows everything about hair extensions.\r
I have been a client of Mary's for 15 years, and I also know that she has alot of other clients that has been going to her for years, and I think I speak for all of us when i say that we would not know what to do without Mary. She is professional and friendly, so is the rest of the staff at Balzano & Company, and this is the first time I have ever heard of someone not being satisfied with their extensions. And I don't understand how someone who has never had hair extensions before is an expert overnight. For this young lady's information, there are many ways of doing hair exstensions, and alot of people do them different than others, but that doesn't make one way wrong and another way right. And whoever told this young lady that Mary's way was wrong is really a very unprofessional hairdresser that should have refered her back to Mary if she wasn't happy, and given Mary a chance to take care of her client and make it right, instead of taking the hair out.\r
What it comes down to is that this young lady who is from out of town, came to Jacksonville, wanted longer hair for Saturday night. Mary, who had left for the day, came back to the salon to attend to this young lady, who left the salon with longer hair, was satisfied, and paid for the service. But she only wanted to wear the hair that weekend, she probably could not afford it in the first place, so she makes a scene to try to get her money back.\r
Well, Mary did nothing wrong, and I have heard of people buying a dress, wearing it and then trying to return it, but HAIR....... you've to be kidding!!
Pros: Very professional atmosphere, great place for extensions and hair cuts.
Cons: The parkinglot is too small.
