MCM estimator gave a quote on a job. I called to scheduled the labor. The estimator claimed he never gave me the quote. I went to the MCM office to see Patrick McAneeny who told me he would take care of it. Several days later, Patrick McAneeny called me to say I was ""a liar"" and that he wouldn't do the work for the price the estimator had quoted. About a year later, work from a previous MCM job at my house broke down (a roof). MCM came to look at it but said it wasn't their problem. I went to my town hall and found out that MCM never took out a building permit for the roof. MCM still refused to fix the problem until I finally threatened to take legal action. After my threat, they finally did fix the problem and did a good job, but it was unpleasant. I would never do business with this company again. I've never been called ""a liar"" before by anyone, let alone a business!!.....then I saw the headlines that they didn't pay their contractors. I certainly believe the contractor's story after my interaction with MCM and Patrick McAneeny!
Pros: After unpleasant confrontation, they eventually did fix the job properly.
Cons: I don't trust them.
