Our Christmas eve dinner was more than a disappointment! Food not as ordered and waiter not in dining room for whole entree period to send it back. The waiter argued the steak was as ordered although he had never seen it at the table and I ate only 2 bites. NO apologies, just grunts. Letter to general manager went unanswered for 3 days and then when we returned his call he was too busy and hasn't returned call in 18 days!\r
He doesn't understand we have told all our friends how overpriced and underwhelming the entire experience was. When mgmt doesn't care the establishment doesn't stand a chance!!
