recently purchased a sofa and a loveseat from the sofa company. wasn't looking forward to the ordeal of shopping, guess i'm a typical guy. luckily the salesgirl that helped me was really friendly, helpful, and just real....she never acted like a pushy salesperson , more like a friend that was genuienly trying to help me since i had no clue what i was doing, that made the experience a lot easier and more comfortable. she gave me enough information so i wasn't totally lost but also enough space and the right times so i could process and think on my own. they have enough fabrics to make anyone happy, you can also adjust the hardness or softness of your sofa to your liking. i've really only dealt with the one person so far but from what i could tell, everyone else that worked there was just as chill, knowledgable and friendly. if your sick of the snobby salespeople in pretty much every other furniture store in los angeles, you need to go to the sofa company. they see you as a person, not as a walking dollar sign.
