My wife and I just purchased 2 sofas at The Sofa Company and had a wonderful experience. I guess I should say MANY experiences because my wife, bless her shopping soul, went back 8 times, I kid you not. The first 3 times she had a different sales person, each of whom was very helpful and nice. My wife changed her mind on what she wanted each of the 8 trips and we never had anything but a patient helpful reception. \r

We finally created 2 custom couches in length and width and design. No\r
where can you get a couch to match your room - at least not at the 59,000 places my wife dragged me to.\r

Originally my wife picked out fabric that literally cost a fortune - but the salesgirls pointed out that we could get basic cotton, have it coated with a LIFETIME warranty for less than 1/3rd the cost and look the same. For the first time I was awake - alert - and angels sang. We saved $2300 because of that.\r

We have nothing to say but good things, and our couches and fabric are warrantied for life. We are very happy. Hope this is helpful from a guy who does NOT like shopping point of view.
Pros: Anything you want at a good price
Cons: Too many fabric choices (My wife looked at thousands!)
