1.They didn't seem to know what options are standard on my car.\r
2. When I had a problem after installation, they made me wait over 2 weeks to get it fixed.\r
3. They then charged extra for something which, in my opinion, they should have done right to begin with.\r
I would not recommend them to anyone looking for good, prompt service.
Pros: Seems to work ok now
Cons: Charged additional $ for failing to install something correctly
