We used Gabrielle Moes, owner of Seasons Catering, for our August 2008 wedding. She specializes in using all of the fresh food of the season and makes really amazingly fresh, unique, beautiful food. She did an amazing job, and she was really flexible and accommodating with the menu. She worked with me constantly via email to customize the menu to exactly the types of food and flavors we were looking for. We had different stations with different types of food - from asian, to mexican, to fresh salads. It was really great, and we still haven't stopped hearing about how great the food was. She also decorates all of the stations so that they match the theme, and it really adds a cool touch. \r
