Today our service went out at 3:00 it is 9:14 and we still don't have service. This happens all the time. During the ice storm one of my friends went 31 days without her service being fixed so she stopped service with them and went to dish. I am tempted to do the same! I cannot believe that this company is so stinkin' slow at fixing their cable when it goes out! We pay our bill on time, never miss a payment, so we don't know why we cannot get better service.
