I ordered the 12oz Prime Rib and asked for as rare as possible, it came in two pieces one medium, and one well done. I asked if this was a rare as possible the server said yes. The was the last I saw of the server, even though I wanted the fork that was taken with my salad and would have ordered another glass of wine. My recommendation is avoid if at all possible.
