Not only does Jess put out the most beautiful artificial nails--but she does some of the most FABULOUS nail art I have ever seen. They can look natural, or completely glamorous depending on what you're into. LOVE her!!
Pros: Service Menu is extensive--she can do anything!!
Cons: prices are higher than your average mall shop--but totally worth the effort!!
