Well we shopped 25 stores and 22 on line. Sierra west Jewelers offers the lowest prices and the best service and truly the most honest people we met in the business. They have a AGS certifed accredited GEM lab with five of the most wonderful laser grading machines with computers and fiber optics and THEY GIVE EVERY CLIENT A FINGER PRINT AND THEN THEY BURN A DVD OF THE chart of the diamonds marks so you'll know your diamond forever. they have a 401 diamond or gem education that last alittle over 40 mins and also the 15of the best private office so that you can think and be educated right. plus the make over 100 new custom designs ..Over 1500 ring styles and 10,000 loose diamonds to choose from. plus they told 3 1/2 hours with us twice to make the rings and find the perfect diamond. We found them to be totally honest and almost 80% of all the other place we went to did not know ,care, or they were dishonest, We think sierra west is the BEST,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
