Jim reaks of alcohol and he and his wife smoke a lot out front. Don't ask them a question because they don't really listen to your specific question, they just go on and on and on about what they know and they are right. I could barely get a word in edgewise! They talk at you, not with you. I'm not completely ignorant; I've had an aquarium a long time. They are very condesending and rude. Too busy paying attention to the next guy coming in the door. They contradict each other and they don't like it if you call them on it. Not interested in making customer happy, just making money. Otherwise, they have a good selection of fish and supplies.
