I was extremely excited to look at this store for a wedding gown. It was one of two places that I was going to look. I went with a friend on a Friday afternoon just to get a feel for the store. We did not make an appointment, as I am not yet engaged. The sales staff was incredibly rude, condescending and treated us as though we were in the way. We asked if we could go downstairs to look around and the sales girl rolled her eyes and told us she had to check with her manager. She got on the phone and argued with the manager for a minute and then told us ""you can go down only to look, but the rooms are reserved and don't touch anything."" Their selection was horrible and the dresses looked cheap and tacky. When I do become engaged, I will not make an appointment at The Wedding Shoppe. It was an incredible disappointment and I would not recommend this store to anyone. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DRESS, GO TO RAFFINE IN STILLWATER. A beautiful small-town store with an impressive collection of dresses and exceptional service. HIGHLY recommended. Again, thats Raffine in Stillwater, MN.
