The Tioga Theater is a small town theater that does run first run movies!! Their prices are very reasonable and we have always found the owner and staff to be friendly and helpful. The previous review seems to be posted by someone with an axe to grind. Owego is fortunate to have this option available instead of going to a multi-plex at a mall. Thanks for being there Tioga Theater!
