I saw a JSC school bus van driving around my street on trash day and loading up the JSC van with old bottles and cans..... I can't believe this is an approved use of these vans. and to have the school bus sign displayed as if it were actually in use for picking up students.. What a shame and outrage!!! Have we lost all control?
