I first started as a client for the Weight Loss Challenge Millenium Fitness has that meets in the evening to educate and motivate me to lose all the excess baggage. I loved it and brought my wife and my mom to the program as well. I have lost 20 pounds since October and my mother has lost over 15 pounds and follows all the things she has learned all the time. Recently I have signed up for the workouts and the Saturday outdoor boot camps and I can not wait till the next class because it is so much fun and I leave there super pumped up.
