Our son is at Clem-Mar House because of heroin addiction. The program seems to be helping him. The standards are high and tough, with a ""no nonsense"" approach as they should be. But, having said that, they also seem to be fair, as they should be. One thing needs to be corrected... the map provided by this site is WRONG! It directs you to Main Street in Swoyersville, not Edwardsville. [Check the aerial view and you'll notice you are next to a slag pile! And there are no buildings there!!] If you go through Wilkes-Barre and cross the river on the Market St. bridge, keep straight entering Kingston. Continue straight and cross Rt. 11. Make a diagonal left just after you cross Rt. 11 and you are on Main St. Follow that for a half-mile to mile or so and you'll get to Clem-Mar House in EDWARDSVILLE. It will be on the left.
