I came out from work at 8:45pm called n.t.b. to when they closed. no in site for.they closed at 7:00pm the guy answered the phone and said he would stay open untill i got there.i explained to him yhat i would try.He then told me to call back no matter what.So I called back because i couldnt find help,and now it was 9:15pm.The same gentleman answered and told me that he would send some one to get me and my tire.when we get to the store the lights in the shop was off and there was a car in the shop.because i had called another ladie was there with trouble and they were helping her.The lights came back on and they worked and fixed her car and my tire,We walked out and the sameguy gave me a ride to put my tire back.I was so thankful for what those guy's had done for me that night it really made my day.Later that week i ran into the ladie from the shop,and she told me that she had written the store and sent one to corp. as well.so i tried to look them up again on citysearch and decided to write this instead.i will go back for the service andi will tell all my friends about n.t.b. and this location. I hope one of you from n.t.b. read this because i would like to say thanks for every thig you done you will see me again.
