I live right down the street and have visited their web site so I was excited about trying out the various spa experiences. I've gotten 2 hair cuts, had my eyebrows/lip waxed a few times, and have now gotten a manicure. The first time I went there I was a little taken aback by how cramped and crowded the front area is. The layout doesn't seem to be very efficient, and it's easy to bump into people because there isn't a lot of room to move around. My first hair cut was beautiful, but the woman who cut my hair wasn't very friendly. She didn't make much of an effort to talk to me, so I felt awkward and uncomfortable. The second time I went in for a cut, I decided to try a different stylist. She was much nicer, but I wasn't as happy with the cut as I was the first time. I was still annoyed with the crowded layout, but tried to look past it. My waxings were probably the best I'd ever had as far as quality. They were thorough and did a beautiful job. My manicure today though is the last straw, and I will never go back. The manicure area is too small, and the three techs did nothing but gossip while I was worked on. I asked for parrafin with my manicure, and the tech seemed inconvenienced by this. I expected a parrafin dip, which I've had many times in the past. What I got was some cheap wax mittens that heated up, which was then rubbed into my hands as if it were lotion. I paid $30 for the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The atmosphere is far from relaxing, and I won't be going back. Too much is crammed into a small space, it's impossible to feel like you're in a spa.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: horrible parking, over priced, terrible customer service
