Terrible customer service and product. In June of 2008 they made my glasses a complete diopter off. This was verified by my MD after Pearle told me to just wear them for a week to see if they feel better, refusing at first that they were made wrong until I insisted they remake them and the lab verified they were wrong. Then, they cracked the frame remaking them and when I tried to cancel my order they refused to refund my money. Six months later the finish on my expensive frames are peeling in numerous places and are unwearable. When I contacted Pearle (Linda and Richard) they refused to do anything about it and would not give me my records so that I could obtain glasses online. When asked if he could explain why I always have terrible experiences with Pearle, he stated "No". Do yourself a favor get your RX from an independent MD and get your glasses online!!!! more
