I had a relatively good experience with them. They did pick up our television in Holland (on a Friday may I add) and returned it 15 days later (on a Saturday) I did have to check in periodicly, but I was happy with
there service and work. I would recommend them based on my experience with them.
Pros: They even called my home and left a message regarding the status of the repair.
Cons: I didn't think two weeks was to long.
