I called John on a wednesday to try and set up an appointment and he came same day to my house to install my mount my LCD on the wall. He was very fast all was done in about one hour, with no mess or fuss. Before he left he made sure that the TV was perfect and to my liking. Will definatley use again when i get my souround sound.
