I have delt with many water companies here in the valley and I don't know how they stay in business. The ""O"" gives you Great Service, Unlimited Supply of Great Water for one low monthly fee. I have had minor issues with O Premium; however, they were very quick to provied a fix at their expense. Thank You ""O"" and keep up the great work.

Cons: Contract also if card is declined when run a fee is charged even though it doesn't cost them anything
