You get as many bottles that you believe you or family would drink in a month! They have 2 types of bottled water - blue caps and white caps. Blue caps filtered water and the white caps have electrolyte water - like a sports drink without the aritficial flavor/color/sugar. No need to worry about spilling these bottles - there is a tab on the top of the bottle that can only be opened when you put the bottle on the cooler, so no messy spills. They give you an automated reminder call 2-3 days before your delivery date to have your bottles sitting outside for the exchange. They even have the option of upgrading your service to a cooler called an ESIO, which can make juices, coffees, teas, and sports drinks, with their packets. This cooler also has a safety lock for kids and you can make hot/cold, + make as much/little as you want at one time with the push of a button. All and all, this is a great company, and I would highly recommend their service!
