Firstly, let me say that I am truly happy for each and every one of you that received the very best care and results from Saltz. I did Not Ever have unrealistic expectations, ever! I went to Saltz, to straighten my nose and shave the bump. Period. There was never any discussion about the size or width of my nose. Had Saltz heard me then he would have another very happy client. Do you not think for one moment that I too would love to be singing praises of him, and enjoying the decision I made almost two years ago? Do not judge me, just take a moment and think about what it would be like for you had the outcome of your experience been different. I believe Saltz was on auto-pilot, hearing what he generally hears from all his patients when it comes to rhinoplasty. When I asked for less, it did not register with him at all. What I got was aggressive and irresponsible. If Saltz would release the document like a real man then there would be proof. I have since seen other surgeons and yes, he has disfigured me. I have nasal valve collapse, narrowed middle vault, scar contracture, over-rotated tip, alar retraction and saddle nose plus a few other injuries. I strive every day to regain a trust in people that I once had, hoping that I will have the strength to allow another surgeon to help me. Again, I am happy for you and hope that all your choices in life are met with the same success. I trust that this experience will somehow make sense to me as I look back upon my life and learn to trust again. Maybe trusting is my lesson here.
