09/30/08 - I paid $30 for the "VIP" car wash, and "Interior X-Streme" at Car Wash Depot in Ponchatoula, LA. The description of services stated that the bugs would be cleaned from the outside of the car, washed and waxed. The interior cleaning was to include cleaning the seats, interior windows, and using a crevice tool to really clean the small crevices inside the car. I had to get the manager out to get the exterior clean. Both the attendant and the manager tried to say I had paint sprayed on my car, when it was road dirt of some kind. I insisted that it was not paint, so the manager rudely grabbed a scrub sponge and sprayed something on the dirt. It came off, so the attendant then had to clean it off. The interior of the car was not clean, they didn't even pick up the mats and vacuum under them. That's the last time I do business there. I've not had any trouble in the past, but they lost a customer of four years today, because I had to come home and clean the interior of my car, myse
