i traded in my car for a 2008 used Mitsubishi eclipse, after waiting for hours to get the paper work done the contract was signed at the end of the day and the deal was done. After a few weeks, i received a phone call from the dealer and told me to come by at their office because i forgot to sign some papers and that's what my husband and i did. We were told that the bank who's financing the vehicle changed the rate and wanted a down payment of 1500. Of course we said no and told them the contract was signed and it was final. After we talked to several people persuading us to take the deal. We decided to take back my old car and give them their vehicle. We waited for hours again because they can't find my old car. We will never go back to this dealership and will tell friends, family and acquaintances so they will not have the same experience. Doing business with this people was a waste of time... more
