I bought a stove from Conn's. When I got it home and removed it from the box, it was damaged. I called the store right away to let them know. The sales lady was very rude and pushy. She then transfered me to the ass't manager who assured me they would make it right. I am still waiting. I have called several times. I have talked to the ass't manager as well as the manager. Bottom line is they aren't going to do anything and I am stuck with a new damaged stove. I would expect this from a scratch and dent store and I probably would have been better off going to one of those instead of Conn's. Buyers beware.
