My car is 15 years old and occasionally doesn't want to run properly (if at all...). \r
Last time my car decided to stop working ON THE FREEWAY. Fortunately, I managed to putter home on the shoulder of the road. \r
Of course, when I brought the car to the mechanic, the car was FINE when he looked at it. \r
But he listened to my description of the problem (and did NOT make me feel like I was crazy!), and fixed it in one day.\r
Not only is that problem fixed, but the car also works better than it did before the problem happened!
