My haircut was a little less than a year ago. I was new to the city and recommended by a friend to see the owner (I think it was Rebecca) at Cloud 9. The reviews online were great so I thought I'd give it a try. Her client scheduled before me came late (after I was already there) and work with that client first, so I wasn't started until 45 mins after my scheduled appointment. I have a lot of patience so I wasn't upset when it was finally my turn. Unfortuately my experience only got worse. She would ask me questions about my hair then cut me off before I could answer. She ignored anything I told her only later to imply that she should have listened. While cutting my hair she was very rude to her front desk worker. I've never seen anyone treat an employee like that in front of customers. After she had finished my hair looked aweful. My layers were very uneven and blotchy. It was the worse haircut I've ever had. It's the only time I can remember ever leaving a hair salon unhappy.
Pros: The other hairstylist and front desk worker were friendly
Cons: long wait, rude owner, lack of listening, horrible haircut
