Other than the fact that they are open 24 hrs- along with waffle house and IHOP, I hate it here, in Lawrence, anywhere. I've already dined with them at least 5 times and every time-EVERY TIME the food is just decent and the service is worse. Salads are like the ones that you buy from kroger ($10 for $10). Fries are admittedly good, though.\r

Put it this way, if you want to get out to go somewhere- make sure you leave an hour margin. They take forever to do anything. Service is TOO slow for bad food. I would much rather go to IHOP or Waffle House.
