How has no one yet mentiioned the music? If I have to sit somewhere for two hours I want to be listening to some amazing music. I leave so very happy with my hair and it actually is cut in a way that still looks good several weeks after. Giovanna and company set a mood in that hair space that give me one more reason to love DSM. And Nicki's eyebrow wax is the best--no redness, no strays and she's quick. Worth feeding a greedy downtown meter for these gals!
