My husband commissioned a specialty piece for me for Christmas. The designer (Jennifer) listened carefully to my ideas and then drew up a couple of thumbnail ideas as we spoke.\r
I gave her a basic idea and some parameters for price and the kinds of stones and she made a beautiful, one-of-a-kind birthstone necklace.\r

I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and I love my necklace. I would definately use them for custom work again.
Pros: Jeweler knew what she was doing, she was easy to relate to
