I have moved 4 times the last 5 years in cities and states up and down the East Coast. I've had my fair share of landlords and apartments. I was not looking forward to moving again. After trying to avoid using a larger agency I finally caved and went to Bob Schmitz's office. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The leasing agent was prepared for me and accomodating. I took up most of her afternoon by making her drive me all over Durham. She even came to meet me at an apartment AFTER her office hours. Upon hearing that the dates of my future apartment did not comply with the departure from my old apartment, the leasing agent allowed me to forward my mail to the office where they would hold it. Since moving into my place I have had to call the office twice for minor problems. On BOTH occasions, I got home from work to find the problem dealth with and a note from Maintenance informing me that they have been there. I am very pleased with the customer service, the maintenance and of course by lovely apartment.
