Rude and disrespectful are the words to describe this ""shoppe"". It's actually a repair center because they don't sell parts. I have a European lampshade that they'd never seen before and rather than try to help or politely say that they didn't have what I needed they told me tha they ""hope I had good home owners insurance"" and they ""hope my house doesn't burn down"". The audacity! I always go to loal ""shoppes"" before big chains but this is one you should skip.
