Decided to use this company because they're a local outfit. Would rather keep my business local than pay some huge conglomerate. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!! If you're looking for a company that will not return your calls for service to the unit and come late on a weeknight from a jobsite in an upscale neighborhood and just as loudly as possible cart it off, this is the business for you! When I called to find out why it was picked up, I was told because they were starting to get busy and needed it. Uhhh....but I paid for it through such and such a date. ?! Yeah...I was basically told too bad. BEWARE!! $HITTY company!!! (no pun intended)
